I understand how crazy life gets sometimes. Things come up and although you fully intend to keep your appointments, it’s not always possible.
When this happens, I’m more than happy to accommodate you. The only thing I ask is that you show consideration for my time and honor my policy with regard to rescheduling and cancellations.
Lesson booking must be rescheduled or cancelled via text message or phone call 24-hours, or no later than two (2) hours prior to your appointment. DO NOT USE EMAIL TO RESCHEDULE because I may not see it. Failure to reschedule or cancel without proper notification may result in forfeiture of the lesson.
